Do I need to have my own server?
You will need to have a central server that houses your LOS. 3XMS is installed on the server with your LOS and is accessed using a browser.
What if I have separate groups or teams within my organization?
3XMS allows you to assign each employee to a group or team. You can even assign a Team Leader. Each group/team will be tracked individually and will be included in your enterprise totals in each report.
What if I have more than one branch? If your branches are accessing your server in order to use your LOS, they will be able to access 3XMS as well.
Can my home-based Loan Officers use 3XMS? 3XMS is accessed using a browser and as long as your server is accessible via the internet, the home based loan officers will be able to access 3XMS as well.
Will my Loan Officers need to retype all of the borrower information into my Loan Origination Software? No, 3XMS has a way to export the information into your LOS so that your loan officers don’t have to retype information, saving double entry errors.
What if I want to use my own report that I have developed? Depending on what is included in the report it is most likely possible to have the report replicated in 3XMS. There are several ways in which this can happen. One is that you want it right away and it can be done, we will give you an estimate for the customization. If the report is not critical but other clients may benefit from the same report it may be worked into the next release of the software which will be no extra cost to you the customer.
Will I be able to see each Loan Officers progress? As a manager and/or administrator you will be able to see the progress of any of the loan officers that you manage.
Will the Loan Officers have access to everyone else’s information? Typically the loan officer only has access to their own information but the system is flexible and an administrator can give loan officers as much or as little access to certain areas of the program as they would like.
